New Terminal 4 Car Park 4B

As Terminal 4 starts operation on 31st October 2017, all carparks for Terminal 4 passengers will be open. One of the carpark, Car Park 4B, is closer to runway 02L&02C, closer than Car Park (CP) 4A, so, it will be a new location for plane spotting. Go to the roof parking of CP4B and park your car there. Then, enjoy plane spotting.

How to get there

Car - Drive to Airport Boulevard via PIE (Pan Island Expressway) or ECP (East Coast Parkway), then, go to the link bridge that connects you to T4 Link and T4 Carparks. Park your car at roof of Car Park 4B.

Bus (Svc 27,53,858) & MRT (East West Line - Changi Branch) - Alight at Changi Airport PTB2 bus stop or go to the T2 exit at the MRT station, follow the sign for T2-T4 Shuttle Bus. Then, walk to Car Park 4B (near Changi Airport PTB4 bus stop), take the elevator to the roof parking, enjoy.

Bus (Svc 24,34,36,110[new service]) - Alight at Changi Airport PTB4 bus stop, go the Car Park 4B (right beside the bus stop), take the elevator to the roof parking. Finally, you can do your planespotting.
